TroopTrack Calendar for T200 Members
2025 Scout Outdoor Campout Events
January 10-11 Lock-in at NWUMC: A Scout favorite in January, combined with a food drive, indoor games, cards, bowling at Dragon Lanes, and staying up as long as you dare!
February 21-23 Cabin Campout at Camp Falling Rock: Boys in Troop 200 gain valuable experience in leadership through this opportunity to plan, lead, and explore new things.
March 14-15 Climbing Campout at Vertical Adventures: Experience indoor rock climbing in this Troop 200 favorite, which also happens to be one of the first adventures for 2025 crossovers! The campout starts on a Friday evening at 10 pm with safety instructions by the qualified staff at Vertical Adventures, climbing, pizza, and sleeping on the mats.
April 11-13 Patrol Methods Campout at Camp Lazarus: Come learn what it means to operate as a patrol while bonding with your peers in this campout designed especially for Troop 200’s newest members.
May 2-4 Advancement Campout at Otter Run: Two nights of camping in the woods with a focus on learning and earning! Those rank requirements that especially need the outdoors—like ax yard, knife safety, fire starting, and cooking—are the types of fun Scouts can expect. This is capped off with an entertaining campfire on Saturday evening.
June 20-22 Fishing and Cooking Campout at Lake Savage: A great catch of a campout, this event teaches you how to fish for bass at the lake, then cook and serve it! Set at the pristine private property of Mr. Savage in Londonderry, OH, this campout is relaxing for Scouts and Scouters alike.
July 6-12 Summer Camp at Friedlander: A full week of friends and fun at Friedlander! Enjoy the outdoors in the beautiful, sprawling land of Loveland, OH, as you participate in Merit Badge courses, dip into the refreshing waters of The Lake, and develop lasting memories from summer camp.
August 8-10 Iron Chef Campout at Camp Lazarus: Friendly cooking competition anyone? Experienced Scouts have the opportunity to learn and test their cooking skills while camping at the Exchange Lodge.
September 26-28 Webelos in the Woods: Be of service to welcome area Webelos and Arrow of Lights as they participate in a fun-filled weekend at Camp Falling Rock earning requirements. Scouts have the opportunity to lead stations, teach skills using the EDGE method, and be ambassadors of Troop 200.
October 1-31 Patrol Activities: Individual patrols take the reins in planning and executing an outing, service, or campout with one another. (This requires the Patrol leader to arrange two-deep leadership for YPT compliance.)
November 7-8 Turkey Campout at NWUMC: Give thanks for all that scouting gives to youth as the troop welcomes area Arrow of Lights to fun and games this November. Friends and family are then invited to the best turkey dinner around and witness the ushering in of the new Senior Patrol Leader.
December 1-31 Patrol Activities: Individual patrols take the reins in planning and executing an outing, service, or campout with one another. (This requires the Patrol leader to arrange two-deep leadership for YPT compliance.)
