Any movie to be shown will have to be pre-reviewed/approved by the Scoutmaster.
A movie signup list will be out at Tuesday meetings prior to the Lock-In.
We will also be assembling our Holiday Cookie giveaway project
at this meeting.
We leave NWUMC at approx. 11:30 PM for midnight bowling at the Plain City bowling alley. Bowling begins at Midnight and will go for two hours or so with pizza and pop. Pinball and pool is also available at the bowling alley -- but you have to bring your own quarters for these. We will be caravaning as a group when traveling to and from the bowling alley.
Wear comfortable clothes as you'll either be in them while up all night
playing games or watching movies (or perhaps sleeping in them).
A Scout uniform is not required at this event -- though a Class B
shirt would be nice to see.
Scouts can bring sleeping bag, pad, and pillow or not as they choose.
No lights-out will be enforced though we will try to have one 'quiet' area
after returning from bowling for any scouts wishing to sleep.
In early evening we'll have basketball or other group games in the gym.
Board games, gameboys, nerf games, CD players, etc are allowed throughout the
evet but Scouts SHOULD NOT BRING any console games systems
(gamecube, playstation, etc.).
A small 'campout' breakfast will be served Saturday morning.
