Required for Scouts who have a Leadership position.  Suggested for all Scouts.

This training allows Scouts who are leaders to run their troop and patrol while helping them learn to become effective leaders who can then plan, conduct, and evaluate activities. This training will also help build your confidence in your abilities and provide you with resources to make your position easier.
