3-tub Wash Setup

1. trash bag with paper towel roll
2. wash tub (hot water with 1 squirt of soap and scrubber)
3. sterilize tub (cold water with 1 capful of bleach)
4. rinse tub (hot water only)

• first wipe off all food into trash with *1* paper towel
• scrub dishes in wash bin using plastic pad until clean
• dip each item completely in sterilize tub
• dip each item completely in final rinse
• set dishes aside to air dry
