Axe Yard Setup:

• Suffient space
• Completely marked off with tape or rope
  Axe Yard Usage Rules:
  • Only 1 person at time in the yard
  • Always "USE" safety glasses and gloves. The saw and axe DO sometimes bite back.
  • Axes, hatchets, and saws stay *IN* the yard
  • Make sure legs are away from swing path in case of deflection
  • Never swing into rocks or metal. Always use a stable chopping block for splitting wood
  • Don't chop into ground
  • Keep tools in sheaths when not in use
  • Follow all 'Toten Chip' safety rules.
