Secretary/Scribe

The Committee Secretary serves to send out notices of scheduled Committee meetings, and record and report the minutes and action points from every committee meeting.  The committee secretary also serves as the Troop’s software (Troop Master) administrator in order to update and maintain, as well as manage access and security of the Troop’s database information.
