Eagle Advisor

The Eagle Advisor serves in this important role to mentor, guide, and encourage Scouts who are Life rank and working their way to Eagle, the highest rank in Scouting.  The Eagle Advisor helps Scouts formulate a plan to achieve the rank of Eagle, understand the rank requirements, and guide Scouts as they create, plan and execute their Eagle project, providing approval along the way.  The Eagle advisor also works with the Troop and Council to coordinate and document each candidate’s progress and final application approval.  Finally, the Eagle Advisor administers the Troop 200 Eagle scholarship program.
